How to Make My Favourite Smoothie Bowls

After my morning workout, I never knew what to eat for lunch, so I didn’t feel like I had ruined my hard work or felt slow and stodgy in the afternoon. They are my perfect cheat for getting some fruit into my body whilst feeling boujie like I’ve got my life together. As they are quick, easy and contain a lot of the same ingredients, they won’t break the clock or the bank in making. The methods for these recipes are all the same - just put everything in a blender and blend until smooth then pour it into your bowl and add your toppings.

Please also get in touch if you have any suggestions on what to write about next.
